Returns

Items shipped shipped from countryfishgirl LLC , can be returned within 30 days 
of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
 
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 1 to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and refund amount to 
show up in your account.

Wrong item sent

If you have received the wrong item Sorry for mix up. Please Email photos to countryfishgirl@comcast.net The photos will help the shipping department determine which product was sent and we will correct asap.

Changed Mind or wrong item ordered

If you no longer want the product or you ordered the wrong items: we accept returns on unused/unopened products. Once we receive the package, we will credit you or refund you for the price you paid for the product. We do NOT cover original shipping cost or return shipping cost. 

Damaged Items

 If the item is received broken or damaged: Within 5 days of order arrival, email photos to countryfishgirl@comcast.net and a customer service representative will assist you in getting replacement/refund and returning damaged item.

Changing and Cancelling Orders

WE can not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed. 
 
If you wish to change or cancel your order, email countryfishgirl@comcast.net immediately. We will do our best but sometimes we just aren't able to get your order changed before it is packed and shipped , orders go right to shipping.

Alaska & Hawaii

Free Shipping is only available to customers in areas within the contiguous US. For orders to Alaska & Hawaii,  shipping is based on distance and weight of total order.
